About Boutique Speakeasy
Boutique Speakeasy operates Sunday-Thursday 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM and Friday-Saturday 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The space is intimate, with limited seating, dim lighting and a vintage-inspired room of curated island antiques; the founders, twin brothers Maurice and Karim Neme, built the bar around the classics and their own signature catalog of Aruban-inspired cocktails. It sits on the Palm Beach strip but tucked inside The Village mall, behind a door that is easy to walk straight past. Reservations are strongly recommended because of the limited capacity, and the stated dress code is smart casual (per the bar’s OpenTable listing).

Boutique Speakeasy is drinks only — the published menu has no food on it. The prices below are from the bar’s own OpenTable listing, and the signature list is the current Cocktail Catalog on the bar’s own site. The printed catalog itself is only handed over at the bar — their menu page says exactly that — so expect the full version on the night to run longer than what is published online.

Every classic on the published list is a flat $16 and the signature catalog starts at the same money, so order off the catalog — a Negroni you can get anywhere on the island, but a Carnival Prince or a Neme Beach is the reason this room exists. The $8 mocktails keep it workable for a mixed group, and Google’s AWG 40–60 visitor estimate works out to a two-to-three-drink evening rather than a cheap one. Doors open at 6:00 pm and the room is small, so reserve ahead; on Friday and Saturday it pours until 3:00 am, which makes it a natural last stop on a Palm Beach night.
