Hyatt location pick-up: collect your set at the Hyatt location. This umbrella is designated for on-site use only and cannot be removed or taken to other locations.

What exactly is included?
One premium beach umbrella and two beach chairs, set up for you at your chosen location — Eagle Beach or the Hyatt on Palm Beach — from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
How much does it cost?
$100 per day plus 14% tax — $114.00 total per day. You only pay after we confirm your dates: request first, then complete your booking through the secure link we email you.
Where exactly do I go?
Use the Google Maps pins: Eagle Beach location or Hyatt · Palm Beach location. Look for the Palapa Aruba umbrellas and give your name.
Can I book more than one day?
Yes — select your start and end dates on the calendar. Each day is $100 + tax, and your set is reserved at the same location every day.
What if it’s windy or raining?
Our umbrellas are anchored and built for the Aruba trade winds. In the rare case weather makes the beach unusable, we’ll move your booking to another day or refund you.
Can I take the umbrella to another beach?
No — your set is for on-site use at the location you booked. The Hyatt Regency package in particular is picked up at the Hyatt location and is designated for on-site use only; it cannot be removed or taken to other locations.
What if I just walk up without booking?
The locations do take walk-in guests when sets are free, but with 8 sets per location they go fast. Booking online is the only way to guarantee your umbrella — the calendar here shows live availability including walk-ins.
Is it suitable for kids?
All ages welcome. The set fits two adults on chairs with plenty of shade to share.
