Best Fine Dining in Palm Beach Aruba

Screaming Eagle Restaurant

Voted best restaurant in the Caribbean by Caribbean Journal in 2015, Screaming Eagle sits on J.E. Irausquin Boulevard 228, steps from the beach. The kitchen prepares fresh seafood in a French-influenced style with a remarkable wine list. The outdoor terrace is sophisticated without being stuffy — comfortable lounge chairs, soft lighting, sunset views. Signature dishes include the pan-seared grouper wrapped in bacon with Cajun cream sauce, the Caribbean lobster grilled with lobster aioli, and the beef tenderloin with table-side garlic mash. Reservations essential.

2 Fools And A Bull

One of Aruba’s most exclusive dining experiences — a private chef’s table restaurant in Palm Beach that serves a multi-course surprise tasting menu. No printed menu, no choices. The chef decides what you eat based on what is freshest that day, always using local ingredients and Caribbean flavors. Maximum 20 guests per evening. The experience runs around 3 hours. Serious food lovers only, and they love it for that reason.

Azar Restaurant

Middle Eastern and Mediterranean fusion in the heart of Palm Beach. Azar brings bold spices, mezze platters, and creative cocktails to a vibrant, beautifully designed space. The food is genuinely different from everything else on the strip — smoky, spiced, generous. One of the trendiest tables in Aruba right now.

Lucca Trattoria

Aruba’s best Italian restaurant. Lucca serves handmade pasta, wood-fired dishes, and classic Italian cooking in a warm, intimate setting on the Palm Beach strip. The kind of place where the pasta is made fresh every day and the wine list has been thought about. Consistently excellent and popular with both tourists and Aruba’s local Italian community.

Sexy Shrimp

Creative shrimp-forward Caribbean fusion in a fun, upbeat Palm Beach setting. Bold flavors, casual atmosphere, genuinely good food. One of the better value dinners on the Palm Beach strip — good for groups and couples alike.

Best Casual Dining in Palm Beach Aruba

MooMba Beach Bar and Restaurant

The social heart of Palm Beach. MooMba sits directly on the sand at the center of the strip and runs from morning until late night. Cold Balashi beers, fresh seafood, strong cocktails, and a crowd that ranges from families at lunch to a party atmosphere after sunset. The food is better than you’d expect from a beach bar — they take the kitchen seriously. Go for lunch or early dinner and stay for the sunset.

Bugaloe Beach Bar and Grill

At De Palm Pier, Bugaloe is one of the best casual lunch spots on the island. Overwater pier setting, fresh fish, cold beer, and live music on weekends. Arrive by boat or walk the pier. The fish tacos and the grilled mahi mahi are reliably good. A favorite with locals and in-the-know visitors.

Best Beachfront Sunset Dining Near Palm Beach

Madame Janette

Ten minutes from Palm Beach in Bubali, Madame Janette is one of Aruba’s most acclaimed fine dining restaurants — set in a beautiful tropical garden with open-air tables under the stars. Award-winning international cuisine, exceptional service, and a wine list to match. The perfect special occasion dinner if you’re staying in Palm Beach.

Passions on the Beach

Just south of Palm Beach on Eagle Beach, Passions is the signature restaurant of Amsterdam Manor and one of the most romantic dinner settings in Aruba. Palm Beach Dining: What to Know Before You Go

  • Book ahead for fine dining — Screaming Eagle and 2 Fools & A Bull all fill up fast, especially December–April. Book 1–2 weeks ahead minimum.
  • Sunset timing matters — Sunset in Aruba is roughly 6:30–7:00pm year-round. Book dinner at 6:00pm if you want to watch it from your table.
  • Walk everything — If you’re staying in Palm Beach, most restaurants are within walking distance. Save the taxi for Savaneta or Eagle Beach trips.
  • Dress code — Aruba is casual. Smart casual is fine at fine dining restaurants. Most places have no formal dress code.
  • Tipping — 15–20% is standard. Most restaurants do not add a service charge automatically.
