About Screaming Eagle
The outdoor terrace is on J.E. Irausquin Boulevard 228. Lounge seating surrounds a beach area with sea views. Furthermore, one reviewer returned five times during a single 15-day stay. The kitchen prepares fresh seafood in a French-influenced style with exceptional technique.
What to Order at Screaming Eagle
The grouper wrapped in bacon with Cajun cream sauce is a must-order. Caribbean lobster with aioli and charred lemon is equally excellent. For example, the beef tenderloin with table-side garlic mash is a crowd-pleaser. The lychee martini has its own fan base. The sommelier’s wine pairings are worth taking.
