The experience: an Aruba turtle snorkeling tour along Malmok

First, you meet your guide at Malmok Beach, get fitted with snorkel gear, and slip into the clear water of Aruba’s calm northwest coast. After that, the guide swims with you along the coastline to quieter snorkeling spots, away from the busiest stretches of sand.

Below you, seagrass and coral rock give way to sandy channels where reef fish dart in and out of the light. Sea turtles also visit this stretch of coast, and for most guests, spotting one gliding past is the moment they remember. However, turtles are wild animals, so nobody can promise a sighting. Still, you spend two full hours exploring the water where they live.

Why book this Aruba snorkeling adventure

  • Snorkeling spots you might not find aloneBecause your guide knows the Malmok coastline, you go beyond the obvious entry points to quieter water.
  • Aruba from the waterFor example, you see the island the way the turtles do: clear water, seagrass, coral rock and schools of fish under the surface.
  • A chance to meet sea turtlesIn addition, you look for turtles in their natural habitat and watch them feed and surface without disturbing them.
  • Two hours that fit any dayFour daily departures run from an early 7:00 AM swim to a mid-afternoon session, so the tour fits around the rest of your trip.
