Winter escapees from the US and Canada fill the hotels. Christmas and New Year’s book out months ahead. The weather is genuinely perfect. New Year’s Eve fireworks over Palm Beach are spectacular. You pay premium for all of it.
March – April: Carnival + Spring Break
Aruba Carnival culminates in the Grand Parade in mid-February (Feb 15, 2026) — the island’s biggest event, the single busiest week of the year. Spring break follows (mid-March to mid-April). Late April is a sweet spot: excellent weather, prices falling, crowds easing.
May – June: Best Value Window ⭐ Recommended

May and June are the best months most people don’t know about. Same beaches, same restaurants, same weather — but 20–35% cheaper hotels and far fewer people. For honeymoons especially, this window delivers the best experience per dollar on the island. Soul Beach Music Festival happens late May — a lively bonus.
July – August: Summer Families
Hot (86–90°F) but the trade winds keep it bearable. American summer holidays bring families. Prices are mid-range. The water temperature hits its warmest point (82–84°F). Busier than shoulder season but nothing like January.

Aruba’s technical ‘rainy season’ — but in practice, rain is still minimal. September and October can bring slightly more overcast days. Hotel rates hit their annual low. Beaches are genuinely peaceful. The hurricane risk that affects other Caribbean islands during this period barely applies to Aruba.
