Step by step

How booking a UTV with us works

1You pick your slot

Choose your day, your start time, your machine and how long you want it — 4 hours, 8 hours or 24. The card shows the price and what time it is back.

2You book it

Driver details, your licence and your signature, then the 15% reservation fee online. That is the booking done — nothing to wait for.

3You get your voucher

It lands in your inbox straight away with the balance to pay and who to call, and the operator gets your details at the same moment.

4You collect

Meet the operator any time from 8am to 6pm, settle the balance, the 7% government tax and the cash deposit, and go.

The honest version

Why book your UTV through us

Same price as booking direct

The 15% you pay online comes off your rental total, it is not added on top.

Booked on the spot

No request and no waiting for a reply. You pay, and the machine is yours for that slot.

One place, every machine

Two seat sport machines through to six seat side by sides.

A person, not a queue

You are talking to a local team that knows the island and the operators.

Before you book

Frequently asked questions

Yes — the 15% reservation fee is paid online as you book, and that is what confirms it. The rest of the rental, the 7% government tax and the cash deposit are paid to the operator when you collect.
No. It is 15% of the rental itself, so it comes off what is left to pay at handover. You pay the same total as booking direct.
If you cancel, no — that part is not refundable, because your slot comes off the market the moment you pay. If we cannot supply the machine you booked, you get every cent of it back.
You choose: 4 hours, 8 hours or a full 24. Pick the length on the card and the price and the return time follow. A 24 hour rental comes back the same time the next day.
A refundable deposit the operator takes at handover, in cash, shown on each machine before you book. We never charge it and we never hold it — you settle it directly with them.
No. UTVs and ATVs have not been allowed inside Arikok National Park since 1 November 2020, so plan your route outside the park.
Pickup and return are 8am to 6pm, every day. You choose the start time as you book.
A valid driving licence, your passport or ID, and the security deposit in cash — the operator does not take a card for it.

Good to know

Renting a UTV in Aruba: what to know before you ride

Short answers to the things guests ask us most, so nothing catches you out at handover or on the road.

Where you can and cannot ride

Aruba drives on the right and you overtake on the left. Speed limits are posted in kilometres per hour: 30 in town, 60 outside town and 80 on the open roads. UTVs and ATVs have not been allowed inside Arikok National Park since 1 November 2020, so the park is out — plan your route around it.

The licence you already have is fine

A foreign or international driving licence issued by a country in the Geneva Convention is valid in Aruba, so for most visitors there is nothing to arrange in advance. Bring the licence itself, your passport or ID, and the security deposit in cash.

How long you get it for

Every machine goes out in blocks: 4 hours, 8 hours or a full 24. The price on the card is the price of that whole block, not a rate you multiply. Pick the length and the start time and the card works out when it is due back — a 4 or 8 hour rental has to be back before we close, a 24 hour one comes back the same time the next day.

The security deposit

Every machine shows its own refundable security deposit before you book. The operator takes it in cash at handover and returns it afterwards. We do not charge it and we do not hold it, so nothing about it goes through this site.

What you pay online, and what you pay on the day

You pay a 15% reservation fee online as you book, and that is what locks the machine in. It is not refundable if you cancel, and refunded in full if we cannot supply the machine. Everything else is settled at handover: the rest of the rental, the 7% government tax, and the refundable security deposit in cash.

Fuel and the small stuff

Fuel is sold in litres at a price set by the government, so it costs the same at every station, and at most of them an attendant fills up for you. Oranjestad has parking meters, and you may not park along a yellow line.

Pickup and return times

The machines are handed over in person, so pickup and return are 8am to 6pm. Pick the time that suits you in the search box and we confirm it with the operator when we confirm the machine.

Booking and paying are one step

There is no request to send and no reply to wait for. You choose your slot, fill in the driver details, sign, and pay the 15% reservation fee, and the machine is booked. Your voucher arrives straight away and the operator gets your details at the same moment.
