The Frozen Drinks
The drink menu runs to dozens of frozen combinations — tropical fruits, rum, vodka, and everything in between. The classic strawberry daiquiri is perfect, but the real reward is trying the daily specials and the more experimental combinations the bartenders create. It’s genuinely one of the best places on the island to sit at the bar and let the afternoon go by.
The food menu is straightforward: smash burgers, wings, hot dogs and tacos that work alongside the drinks without demanding attention. It’s not a fine dining destination — it’s a cold drink in a perfect setting, and it does that better than anywhere on the strip.
The Setting
Right on Palm Beach with the Caribbean Sea as your backdrop, Fat Tuesday is positioned for maximum enjoyment of what Aruba does best: warm evening air, cold drinks, turquoise water, and the kind of sunset that makes everything feel uncomplicated. Open daily from 11 AM — until 1 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 3 AM on Friday and Saturday nights (hours per the bar’s Google listing, September 2026).

Our verdict
The frozen cocktails are the whole point, and the pricing rewards commitment: $16.99 for a 16 oz cup, but the $21.99 sport bottle refills at $17, so a second round makes the bottle the better buy. The food is bar food done simply — smash burgers $17–$19, wings from $12, tacos from $12.25 — which undercuts most of the Palm Beach strip. The dine-in deals are the best value on the menu: $1 tacos on Tuesday, $1 tacos and wings on Sunday, and a daily 5–9 PM happy hour. With Balashi from $6 and doors open from 11 AM until 1 AM (3 AM on weekends), it works as an afternoon beach stop as much as a night out.
