The restaurant is small and unpretentious. The owner takes pride in sharing traditional recipes with every guest. Furthermore, portions are generous and prices are very fair. It is the kind of restaurant locals keep to themselves.
What to Order at Taste My Aruba
Order the keshi yena — Gouda cheese stuffed with slow-cooked chicken or seafood. It is Aruba’s signature dish and done properly here. For example, the fresh fish stew, funchi, and pan bati are all excellent. The Aruban fish cakes are a must-try starter.
