About Bright Bakery
Open every single day from 6am to 8pm, Bright Bakery is centrally located in Paradera, easy to combine with an Arikok or Casibari Rock Formations drive. The space has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, full counter service, and an entire dessert case that doubles as the island’s go-to celebration cake supplier. The vibe is unfussy local — no frills, no gimmicks, just craft and consistency. They’re also one of the few spots open early enough for genuinely pre-dawn breakfasts.
Menu Highlights & What to Order
The chicken empanadas and Dutch-style French toast are the breakfast classics. Pastechi (chicken, ham-and-cheese, or beef) come hot all day. The oliebollen — a holiday-season Dutch fried dough — earned ecstatic reviews from international visitors who’d never had them before. Fresh-squeezed orange juice is genuinely fresh-squeezed. The cake selection is wide and locally famous — they handle weddings, birthdays, and company orders. Note: they take cash and local debit only at some hours, so confirm before checkout.
