About Pho Maison Aruba
Pho Maison sits along L.G. Smith Boulevard with both indoor and outdoor seating in a clean, casual setting. The owner is often present and happy to talk about the menu — the chả lụa (Vietnamese ham) is even made by his mother since it’s not available on the island. Service is warm and unhurried; this is a destination meal, not a quick stop. Open lunch through dinner.

Pho Maison has no website, so the menu below is transcribed from the restaurant’s own printed menu cards — the set it published on its Facebook page in December 2025, which still matches the cards photographed on its Google listing in October 2026. Everything is priced in US dollars, and the small print adds a 10% service charge to the final bill, so a $20.50 bowl lands at $22.55. Treat the figures as a guide — kitchens reprint cards.

Our verdict
Order the pho first — it is the most-mentioned dish in the restaurant’s Google reviews (11 mentions), and the $20.50 single-meat bowls are the best value on the card. The bún bò Huế is the house’s own pick: it gets its own “house special” card and eight review mentions, and at $24 with chả lụa it is the bowl to graduate to. Nothing on the menu tops $32, and most mains sit between $20.50 and $27 before the 10% service charge, so two people eat well for roughly $60–$65 with a Balashi each. The hours are friendlier than most local spots — open every day until 10 pm, from noon on weekdays and 11 am Friday to Sunday — so it works as a proper dinner, not just a lunch stop.
