Patrizia's of New York Aruba photo 1

Patrizia’s of New York brought authentic Italian-American cuisine from its original New York City roots to Palm Beach, and the result is one of Aruba’s most popular and consistently-rated Italian restaurants. With a 4.6-star rating across 660+ Google reviews, Patrizia’s anchors the J.E. Irausquin Blvd 384 restaurant cluster (next to North End Pub and The Vue) with hand-rolled pasta made on-site, wood-fired pizza, and a lively atmosphere with multiple TVs broadcasting the night’s games.

About Patrizia’s of New York

Patrizia’s makes its pasta fresh in-house — you can watch the kitchen work through the open glass — and runs a New York-style Italian-American menu that covers all the classics done properly: the chicken parm, eggplant parm, lasagna, and seafood-heavy Fra Diavolo for which the original Brooklyn location was known. The dining room splits between an indoor air-conditioned section with multiple TVs (a real sports-watching scene during NFL season) and a large outdoor patio that runs warm and lively. Hours are daily 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Reservations are highly recommended — the place gets very busy, especially on weekends and game nights. Walking distance from most Palm Beach high-rise hotels.

Signature dishes & menu highlights

The Margherita Pizza is widely called the best in Aruba — wood-fired, blistered crust, real San Marzano tomato. The Fioretti alla Boscaiola (mushroom cream pasta) earns repeat best pasta dish I’ve ever had mentions. The Frà Diavolo (mussels, clams, shrimp, calamari, baby octopus in spicy red sauce) is the seafood showstopper. Veal Parm and Eggplant Parm are both done in proper NY-style with a generous portion. Don’t skip the appetizers: the Caesar Salad and Fried Mozzarella earn specific praise. Save room for the Tiramisu — frequently called the best dessert on the menu — or the Cheesecake.

What guests are saying

Reviewers consistently call the Margherita pizza the best in Aruba and praise the from-scratch pasta program. Server Manuel gets repeat shoutouts for exceptional service. The atmosphere is described as lively and energetic — definitely not quiet-romantic, more lively trattoria with TVs. Pricing is on the higher side for casual Italian (entrées $30–$45 USD) but portions are generous and quality is consistent. Multiple reviewers mention coming back twice in the same trip. The Limoncello cocktail is praised as perfect-ending refreshment.
