The menu at Aquarius covers contemporary Caribbean cuisine with international touches — fresh seafood, grilled meats, and salads that make good use of locally sourced ingredients. The ceviche is clean and well-balanced. The fish dishes reflect the marina location — whatever comes in freshest that day tends to be the best choice.
