Expect a counter, menu boards and quick, made-to-order cooking rather than a dining room — the Google listing offers dine-in and kerbside pickup, and there is no reservations channel. What people actually order is written in the review tags: ceviche leads with 16 mentions, birria tacos take 11, tacos al pastor 7, and the garlic sauce and pink sauce are called out by name often enough to be tags of their own. Cruise-day visitors turn up repeatedly in the reviews; one recommended the mixed chicken-and-steak burrito with pink sauce after coming “off my cruise ship” looking for authentic local food.

Order the birria — it has its own section on the board and 11 reviewers mention it by name — and have at least one thing done Mahuma style, because the garlic-and-pink-sauce treatment is what the regulars keep praising. Tostadas at AWG 8.50 are the budget move; two Mahuma-style chicken tacos and a drink land under AWG 16, and even a birria round keeps two people inside Google’s AWG 20–40-a-head estimate. Groups point at the burrote. Mind the hours: weekdays run lunch through 10 pm, but Saturday opens at 4 pm and Sunday is just 6–9 pm.
