Morning: book a catamaran sunset cruise (departures from ~4 PM — spend the morning at the beach). Afternoon: spa treatments at the hotel or Ritz-Carlton. Evening: Screaming Eagle — the theatrical dining experience that everyone talks about. Book weeks ahead.
Day 3: UTV Adventure + Casino Night
Morning: rent UTVs or join a jeep tour for a full-day island adventure — Arikok, Natural Pool, lighthouse. Evening: casino at Stellaris (Marriott) or Alhambra. Cocktails at Apotek Speakeasy (book in advance).
Day 4: Eagle Beach + Flying Fishbone
Morning: Eagle Beach — the most photographed beach in Aruba, iconic fofoti trees, wider and quieter than Palm Beach. Afternoon: Renaissance Island flamingos if not done yet (day pass required, book ahead). Evening: Flying Fishbone — dinner tables over the sea in Savaneta.
Day 5: Spa Morning + Last Beach + Departure
Group spa morning. Final beach time. Depart.

Girls’ trip activities in Aruba you can book direct
Everything below is booked straight with the operator, so there is no reseller markup and no voucher to chase on the day. On the boats and the spa you pay a deposit online and settle the rest with the crew or the therapist when you turn up; the beach umbrella is the one exception and is paid in full when you book. Where a price covers the whole group, the per-head figure is there too, because that is the number your group chat actually needs.
A private pontoon for the afternoon — $650 for six
Three hours on Booba’s pontoon with an open bar included, no strangers on board and no shared seating. The $650 base covers six guests and each guest after that is $75, up to a maximum of twelve. A BBQ from Reflections can be added for $15 a guest — tick the box when you book and the crew arranges it. The deposit is 20%, so six of you put down $130 online and pay the balance on the day. Split six ways that is about $108 each for the boat.

The whole catamaran to yourselves — $2,100
A three-hour private charter off Palm Beach, and you pick morning, afternoon or sunset at the moment you book. It is $2,100 for the boat with a $420 deposit online and the rest on the day, which stops being extravagant the moment there are eight or more of you — that is $263 a head, crew and snorkelling gear included.

If there are only three or four of you, the whole boat is overkill. The same three-hour trip runs as a shared sail with snorkelling at $70 an adult and $45 a child under nine, morning, afternoon or sunset. The deposit is $14 a head and the balance is paid on the day.

Massages where you are staying — from $150
Aruba Mobile Spa comes to the hotel, villa or Airbnb, so nobody has to get dressed and drive anywhere. Sixty minutes starts at $150 a person and ninety minutes at $195, with therapist travel of $10 per therapist paid on the day rather than in the deposit. The deposit is 25%. Two therapists can work in parallel, which is what makes it practical for a group on a slow last morning.

An umbrella and two loungers set up and waiting at Eagle Beach or Palm Beach from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no delivery charge and the same spot held for every day you book. It is $100 a day plus 16% tax, so $116, and this one is paid in full online. For two people sharing it comes to $58 each a day, which is less than the drinks you will buy under it.
