About Flying Fishbone
The restaurant is built on a small crescent bay in Savaneta. More than half the tables are on the sand or in the water. Furthermore, after dark, tiki torches create an extraordinary atmosphere. The kitchen blends European cuisine with Caribbean flair.
What to Order at Flying Fishbone
Lobster and avocado salad is a signature starter. Peruvian ceviche with orange and ginger syrup is also excellent. For example, the shrimp skewers with herb risotto are consistently praised. The menu changes daily based on what is freshest from the local pier.
Tips for Your Visit
The famous water tables are only available at the 4pm seating. Book at least two weeks ahead in high season. However, for groups of four or more, a credit card hold applies. A taxi is recommended — the restaurant is 20 minutes from Palm Beach.
