Infini by Urvin Croes is the evolution of The Kitchen Table — Chef Urvin Croes’s celebrated gastronomic restaurant that became one of Aruba’s most talked-about dining experiences. Now operating as Infini on J.E. Irausquin Blvd 266, it continues the tradition of an intimate, multi-course chef’s table experience that fuses Caribbean and international cuisine with avant-garde modern techniques.

Chef Urvin is one of Aruba’s most celebrated culinary talents — the kind of chef who turns a meal into a genuine experience. The evening begins with prosecco on the terrace at sunset before moving into the intimate dining room where the kitchen becomes the theatre.

The Gastronomic Experience

Multi-course gastronomic tasting menu at Infini — Chef Urvin Croes’s most ambitious work

The tasting menu runs 8 courses and changes monthly — no two visits are ever the same. Caribbean ingredients meet Peruvian influences, avant-garde French techniques, and the kind of molecular touches that add surprise without undermining the substance of the food. The menu changes to reflect what’s freshest and what the chef is most excited about.

An intermission features lemon sorbet with champagne — a palate cleanser that doubles as a moment to breathe and appreciate what’s happening. The evening concludes with a take-home cupcake — a personal touch that captures exactly the spirit of Infini: serious about food, warm about hospitality.

The Setting

Intimate terrace dining at Infini — sunset prosecco before the gastronomic journey begins

The restaurant seats a maximum of 12 guests per evening, operating Tuesday through Friday only. This deliberate limitation means every guest receives full attention, every dish is served at the right moment, and the experience never feels rushed or crowded. Children aged 10 and older are welcome.

The prosecco-on-the-terrace opening is positioned to catch the Eagle Beach sunset — before you’ve even started eating, you’re already having one of Aruba’s best evenings.
