About Fishes & More Restaurant & Bar
The setting is the open-air Arawak Garden plaza, with live music several nights a week from the central stage and shops surrounding the dining patio. Fishes & More itself is one of the more food-forward restaurants in the complex (the others lean more towards bars). Service is attentive and the menu is broader than the name suggests — there’s plenty for non-seafood diners too. Reservations are not strictly required but useful on weekends.

The whole grilled red snapper is the dish that built the restaurant’s reputation — fresh, simply prepared, served with rice and plantain. Other highlights: the seafood platter (shrimp, calamari, fish, scallops), garlic shrimp, fish tacos, surf-and-turf, and the lobster bisque. Cocktails are competently made and generously poured.
