Amore Mio Pizzeria opened on Palm Beach as part of Gianni’s Group, the local Italian restaurant family that also runs Giannis, Hostaria da Vittorio, and Casa Tua. The signature is authentic Neapolitan-style pizza — 00 flour dough, San Marzano tomato sauce, fired in a brick oven on stones from Monte Vesuvio at temperatures that produce that distinctive thin-and-crispy edge with the leopard-spot char marks Naples is known for. Pizzaiolo Gennaro from Salerno runs the oven.
The vibe is part rustic-Italian, part Caribbean-modern: covered al fresco terrace with capacity for 109, lounge-style seating inside, lively but not loud. Live music and DJs on weekends turn it into a destination night out. Happy Hour Friday and Saturday 10 PM–12 AM.
