About Bar25 Aruba
Bar25 sits in Noord on Rooi Santo, intentionally off the main tourist strip — a deliberate move that keeps the dining room a cut above the resort-row crowd. The space is beautifully designed (the kind of restaurant that earns Instagram visits on its own), and the staff (Julia gets repeat shoutouts) is professional and warm. Open dinner Tuesday-Saturday, closed Mondays and Sundays.
Signature Dishes & Menu Highlights
Order the dip platter to start — multiple house-made spreads with warm pita. The flatbreads are exceptional and worth getting more than one for the table. Kebabs (lamb, chicken, beef) are well-spiced and well-cooked, but the rice dishes are the genuine standout — multiple reviewers call them the best they’ve ever had. Cocktails are next-level; ask the bartender for recommendations. Save room for dessert.
