How airport pickup works
Put your flight number in the booking and someone meets you on arrival. The office is a couple of minutes from the terminal, so most guests are on the road well inside half an hour of clearing customs. There is no counter queue to stand in, because the car was confirmed for your dates before you flew.
The process is the same as any booking with us. You send the request with your dates and vehicle class, we check the fleet and confirm the exact car for those dates, and only then do you pay the reservation fee online. The rest of the rental and the security deposit are settled when you collect the car. If we cannot get the class you asked for, you pay nothing.
What to have ready when you land
A valid driving licence, a credit card in the driver’s name for the security deposit, and your passport or ID. A foreign or international driving licence issued by a country in the Geneva Convention is valid in Aruba, so for most visitors there is nothing to arrange in advance. Have your booking confirmation on your phone and you are done.

The airport is the usual choice, but if you are coming off a cruise ship or only want a car for part of the week, the others save you a taxi. You do not have to return the car where you collected it; say so in the notes when you book.
Do you need a car from the airport at all?
If you are staying on Palm Beach and plan to stay on the strip, possibly not: a transfer on arrival and a car for two or three days mid-trip can work out cheaper, and the minimum rental with us is short enough to make that easy. No. You send a request first and we check the car is actually available. Only once we confirm do we ask for the reservation fee. It is 13% of the rental total and it guarantees your car for those dates. It is non refundable, because holding a car means turning other bookings away. The rest is paid when you collect. The remaining balance of the rental, a $300 refundable security deposit on a credit card in the driver name, and any extras such as additional CDW insurance. Yes, 3 days.
