Randy’s runs a deliberately stripped-down operation: takeaway-focused, cash-only (USD or local), no menu boards, no website. You walk up to the counter, tell them what you’re craving, and they make it. The signature is the breakfast sandwich category — choose your protein (smoked pork shoulder, fried egg, ham, spam), cheese, and toppings, and they assemble on a fresh roll with a touch of sweet-peppery sauce that tourists end up dreaming about for weeks afterward.
