About On The Rocks Craft Kitchen & Bar
Set inside The Cove dining and shopping complex (alongside CAYA House, L’Avenue, Patrizia’s, and Vue Rooftop), On The Rocks anchors the casual end of the lineup with a relaxed indoor-outdoor seating layout. The bar pours an excellent selection of craft beers and signature cocktails, the kitchen turns out well-executed shareable plates and elevated bar food, and the live-music lineup (typically weekend evenings) draws a steady local crowd.

The menu’s own small print says some items have limited availability, so treat the list as a close guide rather than a promise.
For the table — $11 to $24
Elote $11, patatas bravas $12, yakitori chicken saté $14, Johnny cake bites with braised short rib and goat cheese $16, sticky bourbon ribs $18, shrimp croquets $19, bang bang shrimp $21, crudo with citrus miso and black garlic aioli $22, and lobster mac and cheese at $24.
Bar wings — $16
One price, five house sauces: Criollo Funk (a Magic Mango beer reduction with pica di papaya), Wild Buffalo, Sticky Korean gochujang, Monopoly (truffle, garlic, honey glaze and parmesan) and Bourbon BBQ.
Smash burgers and more — $16 to $25
The Original Stack, Wild Child and Red Rooster crispy chicken are $16, Magic Mushroom and the Beach Bum (plantains, red wine reduction and salsa rosada) $17, the OTR Burger with bacon and bourbon BBQ sauce $18, the Paradise Smash with bang bang shrimp $22, and the Caribbean lobster roll with butter-poached lobster $25. Any burger can swap to a Beyond patty. Sides run $8 to $10: funchi fries and onion rings $8, hand-cut fries $9 (truffle parmesan add $3), mashed potato $10.
Gastropub mains — $28 to $43
Fish and chips $28, pasta tartufo with fresh shaved black truffle $28, roasted jerk half chicken $31, salmon fillet $35, prime tenderloin skewer with chimichurri $38 and steak frites with skirt steak at $43.
Local grub: the saco — $26 to $28
Aruba’s late-night paper-bag street food, done as restaurant plates: Saco Pa’Riba $26 (fried ribs, chicken, plantain, potato, Johnny cake and aioli) and Saco Pa’Bou $28 (fried calamari, shrimp, battered fish, patacon and Johnny cake).
Salads, desserts and drinks
Creamy avocado Cobb $18 and a Caesar at $15 (add chicken $9, shrimp $15 or a lobster tail $28). Desserts are $14 to $16: NY cheesecake $14, banana split $15, Oreo lava cake $16. Handcrafted cocktails run $16 to $21 — raspberry mojito $16, mocha expresso martini $18, vera margarita $19, mezcalista $21 — with a $26 Zombie at the top and $7 mocktails. Bottled beer is $6 to $8 (Balashi and Chill $6), 16oz tap pours $12 to $14, craft cans and pours $11 to $16, and wine $11 to $18 a glass or $52 to $85 a bottle, with Moet Ice at $110.

Our verdict
Order off the smash burger board: at $16 to $18 it undercuts most of the resort strip, and the fries (36 review mentions) and smash burgers (10) lead the review chips, with live music and the lobster roll close behind. The $16 wings in five house sauces make the cheapest good night here, the $25 lobster roll and $43 steak frites are the ceiling, and the two sacos are the most Aruban thing on the menu. The happy hour runs 5 to 6 pm Monday to Saturday, and the kitchen’s noon-to-11 schedule makes it a reliable late option by Palm Beach standards. In the same complex, The Vue Rooftop upstairs covers sunset drinks first — or compare burgers at Drunken Burger up the road.
