Mambo Jambo sits in the heart of Arawak Garden, a Palm Beach plaza with multiple bars and restaurants spilling into a shared outdoor courtyard. The Mambo Jambo signature is the long bar with a dozen frozen-cocktail machines spinning daiquiris, margaritas, piña coladas, and a rotating roster of tropical specials in every color you can imagine. Live music several nights a week ranges from acoustic guitar to small bands. Genuinely walkable from any Palm Beach resort.

Order the frozen mango daiquiri or the strawberry-banana — both are island-famous. The ‘Aruba Ariba’ (the official cocktail of Aruba) is reliably well-made here.
