About La Nuena Fondue & Grill
La Nuena sits in Noord, a short drive from the Palm Beach high-rise resorts. The dining room is warm and unhurried, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The fondue concept is the standout: cheese fondue and chocolate fondue for sharing, plus tableside hot-stone grilling where guests cook bite-sized cuts of beef, chicken, and seafood themselves on a heated stone slab. Reservations strongly recommended on weekends. Open dinner only.

Order the cheese fondue to start (Swiss-style, served with bread and accompaniments), then the mixed grill stone for the main — beef tenderloin, chicken, shrimp, and vegetables you cook to your preferred doneness on the hot stone tableside.
