About La Nuena Fondue & Grill
La Nuena sits in Noord, a short drive from the Palm Beach high-rise resorts. The dining room is warm and unhurried, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The fondue concept is the standout: cheese fondue and chocolate fondue for sharing, plus tableside hot-stone grilling where guests cook bite-sized cuts of beef, chicken, and seafood themselves on a heated stone slab. Reservations strongly recommended on weekends. Open dinner only.

Order the cheese fondue to start (Swiss-style, served with bread and accompaniments), then the mixed grill stone for the main — beef tenderloin, chicken, shrimp, and vegetables you cook to your preferred doneness on the hot stone tableside. Save room for the chocolate fondue dessert with strawberries, banana, and marshmallows. Wine list pairs well with the format; ask the server for fondue-friendly recommendations.
