About Kowloon Restaurant

Tucked into a low-key Oranjestad storefront, Kowloon is the kind of restaurant where you walk in and immediately know it’s a real local institution — friendly multi-generational staff, a long menu, regulars greeting each other across tables. The dining room is straightforward, the focus is squarely on the food. Open daily except Tuesdays. Easy 15-minute drive from Palm Beach with reliable street parking nearby.

Menu Highlights & What to Order

The half duck and crispy roast pork are the headline orders — both prepared in the traditional Cantonese style with five-decade-honed technique. Spare ribs, chicken chow mein, fish ball soup, and the steamed whole fish (when available) all come highly recommended. Lunch specials include rice and naan complimentary with mains for around AWG 25 (~$14 USD). Cash and card accepted. Portions are generous — most main dishes feed 1-2.
