Eduardo’s Beach Shack is the original colorful wooden hut tucked between resorts on Palm Beach. The model is genius in its simplicity: set up shop somewhere hot and sell something deliciously cold and beautiful. The menu is overwhelmingly plant-focused and vegan — every smoothie bowl is photogenic, every juice is fresh-pressed, and the acai bowls have a near-cult following.

Two locations:

Beach Shack — Palm Beach (J.E. Irausquin Blvd 87, in front of Playa Linda) — open daily 7 AM to 4:30 PM.
Cabana — Eagle Beach — open daily 7 AM to 4 PM.

Coconut bowls and pineapple bowls keep packaging eco-friendly. Some hotels (like The Boardwalk Hotel) even offer Eduardo’s as breakfast delivery — including delivery directly to your beach chair.
