About BLT Steak
Located inside the Ritz-Carlton Aruba at L.G. Smith Boulevard 107, BLT Steak Aruba runs as a sophisticated dinner-only concept with a Caribbean lounge ambiance — dark wood, leather banquettes, soft lighting, and floor-to-ceiling windows opening to ocean views. The steaks are dry-aged 28+ days, hand-cut on premises, and finished tableside with house-made herb butter and your choice of sauce. The seafood program runs equally strong with daily fresh fish and shellfish flown in from quality Caribbean and Atlantic sources. The wine cellar is one of the most extensive on the island, with extensive verticals on Bordeaux, Napa Cabernets, and Italian Brunellos. Hours are dinner only, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM nightly. Reservations are essential — book through Ritz-Carlton concierge or OpenTable. Smart-casual dress code (no swimwear, jeans permitted with collared shirt). Valet parking available.
