T2 occupies an intimate Noord storefront with seating that fills up fast on weekend mornings. Closed Mondays, otherwise open 7am-3pm Tuesday-Saturday — strictly a breakfast and brunch operation. The open kitchen lets you watch them shape and bake throughout the morning. Limited inside seating means peak-hour waits are normal but worth it. Cash and card both accepted. Take-away orders welcomed and often the smarter move during the 9-11am rush.

Almond croissant is the must-try — flaky, perfectly sweet, made with proper laminated dough. Chocolate croissant is right behind it. The ham-and-Swiss croissant is a serious savory pick. Bacon-egg-and-cheese croissant sandwich, butter croissants, and the chocolate-chip-pecan cookies all consistently land. Coffee program is excellent — iced lattes with almond milk get specific praise.
