Casa Tua Pizzeria at Renaissance Marketplace is the downtown Oranjestad sister of the original Casa Tua Arawak — open from 8 AM through late dinner with breakfast service unique to this location. Same family recipe traced to 1969 in Montpellier, same wood-fired thin-crust pizza, same generous Italian-Mediterranean menu, but with the lively Oranjestad waterfront and cruise-port marketplace as its backdrop. Open Sun-Thu 8 AM to 10:30 PM, Fri-Sat 8 AM to 11 PM. Daily live entertainment under the stars.

About Casa Tua Pizzeria — Renaissance

The Renaissance Marketplace location of Casa Tua opened after the success of the original Arawak Gardens spot on Palm Beach — both run by the Nataf family, second generation now, with brothers Victor, Gregory, and David Nataf carrying forward the family recipe Michel Nataf learned in 1969 in the south of France from a Sicilian Pizza Master.

This downtown Oranjestad location is conveniently located right at Renaissance Marketplace, near the cruise port — making it a popular cruise-day lunch and dinner destination. Unlike the Arawak Gardens location, this one also serves breakfast and lunch, opening at 8 AM. The vibe is “Italian outdoor restaurant the way you’d find in Italy, the South of France, or Spain” — open-air seating, string lights, lively but unpretentious.

What guests are saying

Reviews consistently note the convenient cruise-port location, the breakfast offering not available at Arawak Gardens, the thin-crust pizza authenticity, and the live entertainment under the stars. The Pesce al Cartoccio and the Pasta Alla Vodka are the most-recommended dishes. Servers Mariska and Nico get repeat name-checks.

Honest caveats: same inconsistencies as the Arawak location — pizza quality and service speed can vary by visit; busy on cruise days (when ships are in port); credit card checkout takes time at the front desk per recent reviews; bread is charged extra. Reliable, conveniently located, with breakfast as the unique edge over the Arawak sister.
