Chef Urvin is one of Aruba’s most celebrated culinary talents — the kind of chef who turns a meal into a genuine experience. The evening begins with prosecco on the terrace at sunset before moving into the intimate dining room where the kitchen becomes the theatre.
The Gastronomic Experience
The tasting menu runs 8 courses and changes monthly — no two visits are ever the same. Caribbean ingredients meet Peruvian influences, avant-garde French techniques, and the kind of molecular touches that add surprise without undermining the substance of the food. The menu changes to reflect what’s freshest and what the chef is most excited about.

The Setting
